A Crow Family Story
Once upon a time, the dry season is very long. Plants begin to dry, the rivers lose the flow of its water, dry springs and water wells is shrinking. Some animals even die as a result of heat and thirst. All animals and plants are always praying for the rains to come and give life to them al.
This unfortunate circumstances make a mother of a raven familiy took her eight children to migrate to cooler areas and had adequate water supply. After a long debate, they finally leave for other regions together.
Feeling tired and thirsty crow family hit it, eventually they rest in a farmhouse that has been abandoned. They are all very thirsty. This gives rise to quarrels, plus exposure to the hot sun. Even the mother crow could not make to silence them.
Most small crow avoid disturbing his brothers, he was sad because of the quarrel. Eventually he flew around the house and look for who knows no remaining water supplies. The small crow finally managed to find a pitcher behind the farmhouse. Jug that contains very little water in the bottom.
The samll crow call his mother and his brothers. It feels useless when there is a jar of water which was very little. They could not reach the bottom of the jug, the crows need beachhead while drinking, if not, they could be splashed into the water and die. None dared to enter into a jug to drink.
The small crow find an idea, he saw a pile of gravel outside the farmhouse. Eventually he flew and inserting it into a jug gravel. Other brothers did not know what was being done by inserting a small raven pebbles into the pitcher.
Finally his mother understand what he did, her youngest son use gravel to prevent water entering at the base of the jug up to the surface, so that they can all drink to stand on the edge of the jug. The mother asked that all help the youngest children to enter the gravel to help the small crow.
With patience and cooperation, eventually the water at the base of the jug up to the surface. They all took turns drinking the water without worrying splashed into the water. All crows praised the idea of a small crow. And finally, after the throat, the crow family and flew up in the more fertile areas and have a lot of water.
REFLECTION:
You can learn that the problem will not be finished with the quarrel. All you can do is think in terms of peace of how to solve it. Patience and cooperation will also be an important key to success.
