On January 2nd, her third baby was born. Of course, she tweeted the news - which is fine - great - to be expected.
2 days after giving birth, she was burning up her twitter feed - mostly full of tweets about the new Disney Dream cruise ship. No doubt, with the monopoly of hash tags #DisneyDream, she's looking to earn a free cruise.
One might think after having giving birth, a new mom might want to focus on her baby, her family, and disconnect from the net (especially since her 2 year old son drowned in a pool as she while she was distracted with Twitter and the Internet).
But no. This is it. I' m officially done. If a society can't see her for the way she paints herself as a victim, then I'm done. The only reason I'm keeping this blog alive is because, mark my words, if Shellie Ross doesn't one day wake up and realize that being connected to the people she can reach out and touch is far more important than tweeting to earn free cameras, cruises, cars, beds, shoes, etc, what happened to Bryson Ross will happen to one of her other children. And when it does, maybe people will finally understand, it wasn't that Shellie Ross tweeted asking for prayers after Bryson Ross drowned, it was to wonder if perhaps his death could have been prevented if Shellie Ross wasn't an obsessive, addicted to Twitter, fanatic. Tweeting often upwards of 70 tweets a day (the day Bryson died she tweeted 74 times).
Parents aren't perfect, but I was hoping Shellie might use her tragedy to influence others to disconnect from the net and spend quality time with your children/family/in the flesh friends. Instead she paints herself as a victim and continues to tweet continuously.
Disney, please give Shellie Ross a free cruise. No doubt she'll spend all her time Tweeting and give you loads of publicity. I'd just suggest giving her a free nanny, she's a responsible Tweeter, however, when it comes to parenting by the pool...IDK....
As you can read from Shellie Ross's tweets, instead of snuggling with her baby after feeding him, she decided to Twitter about the Disney Dream Cruise. Sigh. Here's a list of her Tweets that started (she says) right after she nursed her baby.
